Each of the top brands have strengths in different colors. Over time we have narrowed it down to our favorites while still trying new brands and colors as they become available. Mark and Jeff use the following brands: Intenze, StarBrite, Eternal, Alla Prima, Kuro Sumi, Silverback, One, Moms and Stable.

Mark and Jeff have both swithed over to the Cheyenne Hawk. We find that it heals faster and brighter than traditional coil machines. It is quite a bit more expensive per tattoo as the entire needle and tip assembly are single use disposable. No more reusing tips, tubes and grips.

Like most tattoo shops these days we only use E.O. gas sterilizeded blister packed single use needles. But for us the needle and tip are now a single use disposable piece. They are more expensive than traditional needles and reusable tips. But we know for sure that they are sterile every time. No more spore testing an autoclave.

Both Mark and Jeff use the new CX-2 from Critical. It produces the smoothest power flow even through the worst electrical surges and is by far the best power supply available to date.  We also have a battery back-up should we lose power during a tattoo.
